No — installation is completely free. We supply, deliver, install and maintain the machine at no cost to you. We make our money from product sales, not from you.
We restock on a weekly cycle as standard. Our Nayax telemetry monitors stock levels in real time, so if something sells fast we'll be back sooner. You'll never find an empty machine.
Anything that fits and sells — snacks, drinks, energy, protein, frozen meals, ice cream, pies, fresh food, coffee and more. We tailor the product mix to your site and the people using it. No locked-in product list.
All our machines accept tap-to-pay (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), credit/debit card and cash. Payment is powered by the Nayax POS system — one of the most reliable in the industry.
You call or message us directly — you'll always speak to a director, not a call centre. Our target response time is under 24 hours. Live telemetry means we often know about faults before you do.
Absolutely. We sit down with you, walk your site and profile the people who'll be using it. You can request specific products, exclude certain categories (e.g. no confectionery for a school) and we rotate stock based on what's selling.
Yes — we stock gluten-free, low-sugar, high-protein, vegan and allergen-labelled products. For schools and hospitals we can configure a fully health-focused machine with traffic-light labelling on request.
We are Melbourne-based and service sites across Victoria. Contact us to discuss your location — if you're outside our standard run we'll let you know honestly rather than overpromise.
Our flagship VM5000 combo unit is approximately 1.2m wide × 1.8m tall × 0.8m deep. We also have slim beverage-only units and smart fridges for tighter spaces. We'll advise the best fit after a site visit.
A standard 240V/10A power outlet within reach of the installation point is all that's needed for most units. Frozen machines require a 15A circuit. We'll confirm requirements during the site survey.
As a general guide, 30+ regular users makes a combo machine viable. Smaller sites may suit a beverage-only or smart fridge unit. We'll give you an honest assessment — we won't place a machine where it won't perform.
